What Causes Bushing Failure?
Spring bushing is usually formed gradually during the operation of the equipment. Generally speaking, the most common reasons for bushing leakage are mainly the following aspects:
1. Spring Bushing Aging: With the passage of time and the increase in the number of times of use, the bushing material will gradually lose elasticity and sealing, which leads to the occurrence of leakage.
2. Improper Use of Gaskets: If the size of the gasket is not appropriate, the material does not match or installation is not in place, may trigger the bushing leakage.
3. Weak Adhesion Between Epoxy Resin And Conductor: In the operation process, due to various external forces and environmental factors, this weak adhesion can not effectively ensure the sealing performance, which makes the bushing leakage problems.
