In order to prevent the spring pieces from being separated during the driving process of the car, a number of spring clips are installed on the leaf spring to prevent the main piece from being carried by itself. The spring clip is connected to the bottom spring sheet by rivets, and the two sides of the spring clip are connected by bolts. There are sleeves on the bolts. When assembling, the nut is required to face the tire, so as to avoid scratching the tire when the bolt falls off, or even crashing and hurting people.
When the leaf spring is deformed under load, the plates will slide relative to each other to generate friction, which can dampen the vibration of the frame. However, friction will accelerate the wear of the spring sheets, so when assembling the leaf spring, graphite grease or plastic gaskets should be applied between the sheets to reduce wear.
